Solution: Install Counter-Strike: Source.
Don't have Counter-Strike: Source? Don't worry. You can install the textures for free!
Step 1: Go to this site and download the Counter-Strike: Source textures.
Step 2: Extract downloaded ZIP file into /garrysmod/addons. WARNING: Your addons folder and file name might look different than mine. Do not be alarmed.
That should be it. Enjoy your error-less free gameplay!
